Organoleptic character: Intense ruby red color, the nose is rich with aromas of ripe fruit with a slight hint of vanilla. In the mouth it is balanced, characterized by a slight acidity that enhances its persistence. The tannin on the palate is soft and velvety.
Best accompanied by: Ideal with elaborate second courses based on meat or mature cheeses

Pruning method: Guyot pruning , 80 cm distance between plants on the row and 2.5 meters between rows for a planting density of 5000 plants / Ha .
Winemaking: maceration between wine and skins at a controlled temperature for at least 30 days, natural malolactic fermentation . Total absence of fitration until bottling. Aged in big oak barrels for 12 months.
