Our farm is located in Castelletto Merli, on the hills of Monferrato, near Moncalvo and the Sacro Monte di Crea.
Here, Marco Olivetta and his family take care of 10 hectares of vineyards, with commitment and competence.
Only grapes coming from our own vineyards and harvested manually are vinified in our cellar.
Since the harvest of 2003, Marco has been taking care of every single phase of the delicate wine-making process, in collaboration with the laboratory Enoasti, in charge of all the analytical aspects of the process.
Our current production amounts to approximately 20,000 bottles/year. We also sell wine in bulk and we guarantee the same top quality of bottled wines.
Here are some details:
- 22 hectares of land, all in the municipality of Castelletto Merli
- 10 hectares of vineyard: approximately 300 metres high with southwest exposure, which is ideal for vines.
- Our varieties: mainly native grapes, such as Barbera, Grignolino, Bonarda and Cortese, which together cover 90% of production. The rest of the production consists of three major international varieties: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Merlot
- We sell both bottled and bulk wines
