Wine Production
The cellar only uses grapes grown in our own vineyards, and picked by hand during the harvest.
The actual dates concerning the harvest are decided year by year, depending upon how the grapes ripen. Usually the harvest begins at the beginning of September with Chardonnay, and ends with the Barbera grapes around October.
Since 2003, every delicate step regarding vinification, has been taken care of by the enologist Marco with the help and collaboration of the Enoasti laboratory for the analytical side. Good team work involving passion and experience are fundamental in order to reach ever higher quality standards.
At the moment about 20.000 bottles are produced yearly, as well as selling the same wines in demijohns, always guaranteeing high quality standards.
