Cultivation method: Planted and grown in rows, Guyot method of pruning, 100cm distance between the plants, 2,6 metres between each row, density of 3900 vines/ha
Harvest: Manual
Vinification: Cold maceration of the membranes onto the must, fermentation occurs in steel vats with controlled temperature. Selected yeasts are used. Total absence of filtration until bottling.
Colour: straw yellow with golden reflections
Bouquet: floral and fruity scents with traces of banana and pineapple
Flavour: intense and persistent with a good alcoholic strength.
Best accompanied by: Ideal as an aperitif or drunk through out the meal. Serve at 6°- 8° in champagne glasses. |
