Cultivation method: Planted and grown in rows, Guyot method of pruning, 100cm distance between the plants,2,6 metres between each row, density of 3900 vines/ha.
Harvest: manual
Vinification: Cold maceration of the membranes onto the must, fermentation occurs in steel vats with controlled temperature. Selected yeasts are used. Total absence of filtration until bottling.
Colour: Straw yellow with green reflections
Bouquet: Floral and fruity scents with traces of peach and apricot.
Flavour: Smooth, fresh and well-balanced
Best accompanied by: Ideal with starters, light first courses, and fish based dishes. Serve at 8° - 10° in tulip wine glasses.
